Kindly note that there is a new requirement from the Philippines Labor office regarding the employees who are leaving the UAE on leave; Employees going on leave need to ensure they have the following papers submitted to the Philippines Labor office, stamped and processed before travelling:
- Letter from the HR department
- Original Labor contract
- Copy of passport
- Copy of UAE residence
- Copy of Labor Card
- Company Commercial License
All the above will be prepared by the HR department upon your request; you will need to submit the above to the Philippines Labor office – the charge is 40 AED.
P.S. In case the above is not processed by the Philippines Labor office in the UAE – you will not be able to leave the Philippines and return to the UAE after your trip.
