Diet Plan

Yey! 3rd day na ng diet ko. So far nasusunod ko naman ang diet plan. Pinakamahirap talaga ang first 3 days kasi fruits and vegetables lang ang kakainin the whole day except tomatoes and banana. At nakakahilo talaga! Mabuti nalang wala ako masyadong trabaho kasi Ramadan. On the 4th day, tsaka lang pwede kumain ng saging, oo "saging" hahaha! Saging talaga! Lol

Last time na ginawa ko 'to, nabawasan ako ng 3lbs in 1 week. Hindi ko pa masyado kinakarir un ha? Kaya ngayon kakaririn ko talaga. Target ko sana 10lbs ang mabawas sakin this time para maging 130lbs ako. Sana makaya ko. Ideal weight ko na yun kasi before, naging 125lbs ako at napansin ko na masyado na akong payat. Hindi masayang tingnan. Fanget! Haha!

I-share ko sa inyo ang diet plan na sinusunod ko para mabawasan ang weight. Effective naman siya sakin, sana ganun din sa inyo. :)

Weight Loss Diet Program:

Reminders: 
1. Say "no" to alcohol
2. Drink at least 10 glasses of water each day

What To Eat?

Monday-- all fruits except banana. 

Tuesday-- all vegetables except tomato. (Large baked potato with butter for breakfast)

Wednesday-- mixture of fruits and vegetables except banana and tomato.

Thursday-- banana, milk and vegetable soup. (as many as 8 bananas and 3 glasses of milk)

Friday-- beef and tomatoes. Hamburger is ok. (6 tomatoes & 10 oz of beef)

Saturday-- beef and vegetables.

Friday-- brown rice, fruit juices and vegetables.
